Aluminum louver (size 20*8)
This louver is use for special purposes in certain buildings.
The order of this louver was for a hospital in Tehran,
this order was done to register and coordinate with the mold making department.
The weight of this section is about 3.100. And it was designed as an 8×20 box with a central communication cable.
The cost of making this mold will be much more expensive than other molds due to the amount of steel used in making the mold. Considering the amount of steel used in making the mold, the price will be around 300 million.
After the design, this mold enters the mold production line and after that,
the prototype is sent to the project in the factory.
After the approval of the prototype, you can start the mass production for this stage. The order quantity of this section is 50 tons, which according to the cost of the mold and powder paint considered for the section,
the final price for each kilo was invoiced at 195,000.
